Discovery Tour

Your students will discover the life of a sailor, soldier or settler in 19th century Upper Canada. They will learn about the challenges faced by the original naval, military and civilian personnel in a fun, interactive tour. Teachers can customize tours by selecting a theme like "pioneer life", or the "War of 1812". If you would like a theme, please advise us when booking the Discovery Tour.

Time: 2 - 2 1/2 hours
Available: May and June
Cost: $6.00 per student
Numbers: Minimum 20 - Maximum 75 students

Cruise the Past - Spring Packages

Teachers: make it a full-day learning experience. Combine a one-hour scenic cruise aboard the Serendipity Princess on beautiful Georgian Bay with Education Programs at Discovery Harbour and Sainte-Marie among the Hurons.

Package A ($17.00 per student) *

Depart Penetanguishene Town Dock aboard the Serendipity Princess
Cruise historic Georgian Bay on the Serendipity Princess and arrive at Discovery Harbour
Students are in Education Programs at Discovery Harbour
Lunch and Departure

Package B ($17.00 per student) *

Arrive at Discovery Harbour by bus
Students are in Education Programs at Discovery Harbour
Cruise historic Georgian Bay on the Serendipity Princess and arrive at Penetanguishene Town Dock
Lunch and departure

Package C ($23.00 per student) *

Round off your visit to the area with an educational tour of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons added onto Package ‘A’ or Package ‘B’

Group minimum of 45 students required, group maximum is 100 students.

All prices quoted include H.S.T.
Lunches are not included in the package. Lunch (hotdog or pizza and drink) can be provided aboard the Serendipity Princess for package ‘B’ at an additional charge of $4.50 per student.
Tour group is responsible for transportation to and from arrival and departure points not covered in package.
Package is not valid in combination with any other packages and/or offers.
