General Policy Information

Admission Policy

  • Payable on arrival at site

  • Base minimum charge: 20 persons

  • Discovery Harbour  - Cheques payable to the Minister of Finance

  • We do not accept admissions for the Wye Marsh, Martyrs’ Shrine or Huronia Museum-Huron/Ouendat Village

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation MUST be made 14 days PRIOR to booked date

  • Groups cancelling AFTER the 14 day deadline will be charged the BASE MINIMUM (20 persons)

Group Revisions

  • Please notify us 14 days PRIOR to arrival of any substantial changes in group numbers (i.e. 40 booked, then changed to 25), this can significantly alter the presentation of the program

  • If no notification is received, the group will be charged for the original number booked

Arrival Details

  • Please arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled tour (this allows for a washroom stop before program begins)

  • Tour groups who arrive late will be moved directly to their on-time tour position. Lost time will not be recovered.

Special Needs

  • We are able to adapt our programs to accommodate special needs. Please notify us at least 7 days PRIOR to your visit with any special needs.

  • One for escort and one for driver
