Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
MUST be made 14 days PRIOR to
booked date
Groups
cancelling AFTER the 14 day deadline will be charged
the BASE MINIMUM (20 persons)
Group Revisions
Please
notify us 14 days PRIOR to arrival of any
substantial changes in group numbers (i.e. 40 booked, then changed
to 25), this can significantly alter the presentation of the program
If
no notification is received, the group will be charged for the
original number booked
Arrival Details

Please
arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled tour (this allows for a washroom stop before program begins)

Tour
groups who arrive late will be moved directly to their on-time tour
position. Lost time will not be recovered.
